Laine Magazine 30, Layers, brings together a beautiful collection of knitwear designed for the changing seasons, with pieces to wrap yourself in as the weather begins to cool.
This issue features a considered mix of textures and techniques, from delicate lace and generous cables to striking colourwork. The collection includes designs that are both interesting to knit and practical to wear, with layering at the heart of the issue.
The photography was taken in a rustic, historic mill, where traces of its past create a sense of nostalgia and quiet atmosphere. Crisp natural light brings the setting and knitwear together beautifully.

Alongside the knitting patterns, Laine 30 introduces Australian farmer Tom Dennis, whose family developed the Polwarth sheep breed six generations ago.
